We're looking for an **EHS Engineer** to design, implement, and manage our safety, health, and environmental programs in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico.This role ensures full compliance with Mexican regulations (**NOM, STPS, PROFEPA, SEMARNAT**) and aims to create a safe, healthy, and responsible workplace.Key Responsibilities:- **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure adherence to Mexican EHS regulations, conducting internal and external audits.
- **Risk Management**: Identify hazards, assess risks, and develop preventive measures and emergency plans.
- **Training & Development**: Design and deliver EHS training on safety, hazardous materials, PPE, and first aid.
- **Incident Investigation**: Lead investigations into workplace incidents, determining root causes and implementing preventative actions.
