EHS Advisor - Data Centres (Nordics)

We’re looking for an experienced EHS site advisor to join our rapidly growing team. This role involves key responsibilities in the delivery of a major data centre construction project in the Nordics.

The successful candidate will be based either 100% in-country or will require significant international travel.

Role Accountabilities

• Provide direction and support for implementation of the EHS & Security Plan
• Verify that the project/site-specific EHS procedures protect personnel and the general public
• Hold line management accountable for EHS Management System implementation and performance
• Encourage the proactive involvement of all personnel in executing the EHS program
• Oversee EHS performance on the project/site
• Review incident records and verify that all follow‑up actions are completed in a timely manner
