Efficiency & Emissions Expert - Powertrain Performance

Job Description

AVL is searching for candidates with a sound background in powertrain efficiency and emissions to work within the facilities of a major customer in Valladolid, integrating the powertrain performance team on‑site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, evaluate and provide final opinion on powertrain efficiency and emissions.
• Lead the convergence of the development of hybrid/gasoline powertrains in NVH efficiency and emissions.
• In serial life, ensure that cost‑reduction initiatives do not compromise powertrain performance (efficiency and emissions).

Profile Description

• Engineering degree or equivalent (Master’s degree is a plus).
• 3‑5 years of experience in PWT calibration or related topics.
• Experience in powertrain efficiency and emissions.
• Good English level; French is a plus.
• High sense of responsibility, goal orientation, and teamwork skills.
