Job Description
Location: Manila, Head Office. Employment: Full Time.
Responsibilities
- Review Electrical requirements from clients and Building Management for the completion of cost estimates.
- Create a complete Electrical Plan based on the client’s requirements and Local/National code compliant.
- Measure plan and prepare bill of quantities for Electrical System.
- Evaluate contractor’s proposal for all PMIs, change orders, and other construction-related claims.
- Conduct site visits and reconcile evaluated proposals if necessary; Prepare cost estimates for project cost evaluation and comparison.
- Coordinate with suppliers for Request for Proposal and bids before and during Project Implementation.
- Complete evaluation of technical and commercial bids.
- Quarterly update of the material/equipment cost database.
- Coordinate with Site Managers, Engineers, Consultants, and Suppliers.
