The Opportunity
Position Summary:
Reporting to the Program Director and working collaboratively with Site managers and other stakeholders, the Education Associate provides leadership in the development and delivery of primarily non-clinical education and instruction based on adult education principles and philosophy. This position applies educational theories and adult learning principles in planning and delivering education. The key responsibility is to meet the non-clinical and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) training needs of the staff.
