The Edison Works Lean Leader will be responsible for transforming results through the application of FLIGHT DECK, GE Aerospace’s lean operating model. + Partner with Edison Works teams to prioritize and solve problems, improve processes and implement lean best practices
+ Implementing and coaching the Daily Management process including daily management meetings, Genba walks, and Kata coaching cycles
