Economic Analysts Training Scheme

State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) believes in attracting and retaining talent to meet its human resource requirements through a transparent recruitment process. Appointments under Economic Analysts Training Scheme ( EATS) batches are made in OG-2 grade, strictly on merit, as per organizational needs and provincial or regional quota, prescribed by the Federal Government.

Qualification

Candidates must possess a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with 16 years of education in the discipline of Economics.

Age Limit

Maximum 26 years on the last date of submission of application.

Selected candidates join the National Institute of Banking and Finance (NIBAF), Islamabad for pre-induction training.

Remuneration

A competitive compensation package and allowances, medical facility for self and dependents, interest free home loan, car loan and PC/laptop loan and group term assurance.
