Ecommerce Specialist

Overall in-charge of the company’s e-commerce business:

• Business Planning and Execution – Develops and executes e-commerce plans, monitors and evaluates sales performance of all e-commerce platforms
• Budget and Target Setting – Manages budgetary ad/promo spend allocation for all e-commerce activities, develops and monitors monthly sales targets
• Platform Management – Manages all e-commerce platforms including but not limited to, driving sales, managing and executing promotional campaigns, and ensuring good customer service; oversees daily operations of all e-commerce platforms ensuring retention of mall status, proper store and page listing updates, increase in followers and similar
• Marketing and Communication – Conceptualizes and implements strategies for advertising and marketing communications in the platforms
