Ecommerce & growth manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, managing and continuously improving Activ O₂'s marketing and e-commerce activities. This includes managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns, customer acquisition, budget allocation, audience targeting, campaign optimisation, ROAS and performance reporting.

You will oversee Shopify e-commerce operations, including product management, merchandising, landing pages, promotions, product launches, conversion rate optimisation and customer journey improvements.

You will own the content strategy across Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, You Tube Shorts and Linked In by planning content calendars, creating copy, producing content, scheduling posts and coordinating external creators where required.
