Ecommerce & Conversion Design Lead

Jobtailor in Zürich seeks a senior UX/UI leader to shape conversion for our ecommerce shops across CH, DE, AT and FR. You will own the UX strategy, mentor a small creative team and drive end-to-end design from wireframes to 3D assets.

You will apply GA4, heatmaps and CRO methods, collaborate with CRO agency and marketing, and ensure a consistent visual language across brand, ads and website.
