Ecommerce Analyst (Santiago)

Overview

We are seeking a full‑time eCommerce Analyst in our Santiago, Chile location. In this role, you will be responsible for the correct processing of purchases made through the online channel and will have a deep understanding of the Magento sales system, as well as all the systems used by Garmin to generate electronic documents. The use of Excel at an advanced level, management of sales systems, communication skills and teamwork will be fundamental within daily functions.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with the operations team to send the orders to the warehouse daily and ensure they are successfully received
• Lead customers/companies to give the best product options to purchase, even if they are low or high‑volume sales
• Process and track orders daily as well as sales tracking
