Lead technology strategy, architecture, and delivery for platforms supporting equity and debt capital markets, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory standards.

• Act as a Servant leader, creating autonomous teams.
• Own and manage the ETE Technology Service roadmap and execution.
• Lead and drive Agile and DevOps ways of working.
• Ensure consistencies across requirements for the Services managed.
• Communicate to all levels of the organization, both verbally and in written form, the plans and progress of the team, including roadmaps and program/project status reporting.
• Coordinate closely with Lead Product Owner and Delivery Owner to plan deliverable execution, support planning of scope, costs, and schedule.
