ECM Analyst II – Madrid, Santander Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB).

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day execution of equity and equity‑linked transactions.
• Take ownership of specific workstreams, ensuring timely and high‑quality delivery.
• Coordinate drafting sessions for prospectuses, offering circulars, investor presentations, and announcements.
• Manage transaction timetables and ensure alignment across legal, auditors, client management, and internal teams.
• Supervise analysts and review financial models, valuation outputs, and marketing materials.
• Actively participate in structuring discussions and pricing strategy.
• Conduct in‑depth market analysis, including sector performance, valuation trends, and window assessment.
• Contribute to equity story positioning and investor targeting strategy.
• Participate in pilot fishing, wall‑crossing processes, and investor education.
