Job Description
The Teacher Assistant performs a wide variety of duties, assisting the classroom teacher in the **Early Childhood Center (ECC)**.
Primary emphasis is on direct student contact, modeling correct speech in both English and Spanish while responding to the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive needs of young children.
Additional responsibilities include routine supervision of children, directing small-group work, attendance/clerical work, and classroom materials preparation.
**Qualification Requirements**:
A Bachelor's degree or University-level coursework in early childhood education, child development, psychology, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience working with young children, especially in an educational or childcare setting, is preferred.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (English Proficiency Level: B2)
