EB Operations Function Analyst - New Issues Acceptance

The New Issues Acceptance team is responsible for the admission of financial instruments into the Euroclear System, for both primary and secondary markets. They handle a wide range of asset classes, including fixed income, equities, warrants, and hybrid instruments. In this role you will act as a senior member and subject‑matter expert for eligibility assessment and complex cases.

• Perform in‑depth analysis of securities documentation and assess eligibility from an operational and legal perspective
• Maintain a deep understanding of all New Issues Acceptance processes and act as a key contact point for complex or non‑standard matters
• Independently manage and resolve complex cases and escalations, exercising sound judgment with minimal guidance
