EARTHWORKS SUPERINTENDENT - FIFO

Join the Exact team in this key project leadership role as an Earthworks Superintendent.

You will play a key role in helping deliver road construction, civil, water infrastructure, agricultural and mining projects in remote SA, NT, VIC & NSW.
  
You will be responsible for ensuring project activities are performed safely, on budget and on schedule.
  
The successful candidate will be expected to work a FIFO roster, doing 14 days on, 7 days off.

Role responsibilities include:

• Leading & maintaining a strong safety culture
• Driving operational efficiency, productivity and achieving schedules
• Having an ‘on the ground’ presence and providing guidance and feedback to the teams and individuals
• Maintaining and adhering to the projects schedule of activities
