Earthshot Africa: Research & Projects Lead

Conservation International seeks a Research & Project Manager for The Earthshot Prize Africa, based in Johannesburg. You will support Earthshot Africa activities, coordinate research, and help build partnerships with governments, business, and communities to accelerate climate and biodiversity impact.

Candidates need 4–6 years of direct experience, strong research and project administration skills, and the ability to travel globally. A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master’s is preferred.
