Job Title: Early Years Teaching Assistant, SEND Children (1-2-1)
Working pattern: Part-Time, Full-Time, Term-Time

As a Teaching Assistant, you will support early years children by working alongside the teacher to manage daily routines and learning activities. You may assist small groups of children and support individual children on a 1-to-1 basis, helping to modify challenging behaviour and create a positive and engaging learning environment.
