Role Purpose

The Early Years Practitioner (Casual) provides flexible, high‑quality early education and care for children aged 0–5 in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Working as part of the room team and under the guidance of the Room Manager, Deputy Nursery Manager and Nursery Manager, the practitioner supports children’s learning, development and wellbeing, covering sessions as required to maintain safe staff ratios and continuity of care.
