Role Overview

As an Early Intervention Teacher, you will play a critical role in our region's Learning Support team by providing high‑quality learning support in line with the Ministry's practice framework, HePikorua guiding principles, strands, and goals of TeWhariki: Early Childhood Curriculum, and TeWhariki a teKohangaReo.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen the capability of those best placed to support children's learning such as parents, teachers and whānau/families.
• Understand families' needs, collaboratively plan, support, and monitor the implementation of intervention plans.
