About the role

As an Early Intervention Teacher, you will play a critical role in the Learning Support team by providing high‑quality learning support in line with the Ministry’s practice framework and the principles of TeWhāriki, TeWhāriki a teKohanga Reo and HePikorua guiding principles.

Responsibilities

• Providing high quality learning support in line with the Ministry’s practice framework and the principles of TeWhāriki.
• Building and strengthening the capability of parents, teachers and whānau/ families to support children’s learning.
• Understanding families’ needs and collaboratively planning, supporting and monitoring the implementation of intervention plans.
