Job Duties Job Duties 1. To provide instruction and to facilitate interactive practical experiences for students in the Early Childhood Administration advanced certificate. 
2. Be flexible and responsive to learner needs using appropriate instructional methodologies in support of a blended learning experience.
3. Provide appropriate evaluation, assessment, and feedback to students on the required learning platform (Bright Space).
4. Plan and deliver content and learning activities that reflect the values, beliefs, needs, and contributions of a culturally diverse community.
5. Manage the classroom to ensure an optimum learning environment.Maintain and up-date curriculum materials.
