Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support planning and execution of intern engagement initiatives, including sharing sessions, networking events, and learning activities.
- Coordinate logistics and operational arrangements for intern-related events and activities (scheduling, communications, materials, virtual/on-site support).
- Assist in maintaining internship program data and dashboards, supporting tracking of intern participation, engagement metrics, and program outcomes.
- Provide operational support for credit‑bearing internship registration and documentation processes, including coordinating required submissions and liaising with relevant stakeholders.
- Support campus recruitment initiatives, including outreach, intern and graduate recruitment coordination.
- Assist with the preparation of event and recruitment materials.
