Job Description
We are looking for 1 WTE e‑Rostering Specialist with excellent experience of supporting an e‑Rostering software system.
The post holder will be required to provide support of the e‑Rostering system throughout the Trust. The post holder should be available to start as soon as possible and will be expected to interact with all levels of staff.
You will be able to work on your own initiative in a fast‑paced and stressful environment and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You must also be a strong team player.
You must have an excellent working knowledge of Optima (e‑rostering system) and Microsoft Excel and be able to use them to produce and deliver support, training and management information.
