Become a vital part of TikTok E-Commerce as an E-Commerce Tier 2 Service Specialist. This role requires managing escalations and enhancing customer service quality in a dynamic environment.
As part of TikTok's Governance and Experience team, you will handle customer, seller, and creator inquiries escalated by Tier 1 teams.
