E-Commerce Officer

The Ecommerce Officer is a cross-functional position responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and monitoring our client’s ecommerce online platforms. The successful candidate will build and lead a team of ecommerce professionals to develop and execute ecommerce solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and drive sales on the client’s online platforms
2. Develop and implement ecommerce and marketing strategies for the brand
3. Collaborate with internal ecommerce teams to optimize online platforms and monitor sales performance and store metrics
4. Assign tasks, set goals, and monitor KPIs and team performance
5. Coordinate with clients, online platforms, and stakeholders
6. Conduct alignment meetings and monitor live schedules
7. Prepare weekly sales reports and conduct monthly reviews
