Job Description
We're looking for a hands-on E-commerce Manager to run our online business focused on consumables for Chinese restaurants. You'll manage everything from product listings to packaging design, order fulfillment, and logistics. Key Responsibilities
Manage online store operations (e.g. product listings, pricing, promotions) Understand product features and customer needs (mainly restaurant supplies) Design product packaging and create artwork for finished goods Work with suppliers, printers, and designers to bring packaging ideas to life Handle logistics: inventory, shipping, and delivery for online orders Boost online visibility and sales Analyse sales performance and suggest improvements Purchase, receive and delivery of e-commerce products Warehouse management of e-commerce products Requirements
