Position Summary
E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for driving the company’s commercial success on the e-commerce platform. This role will focus on sales performance, content strategy, live commerce coordination, campaign execution, and platform relationship management. The ideal candidate will possess strong digital marketing skills, platform knowledge, and an in-depth understanding of the fast-moving TikTok & Lazada commerce environment in Malaysia.
Working Location: Vinda SEA HQ (Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang, next to Setia Alam)

1) Platform & Sales Management
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end operations of TikTok Shop & Lazada store, including product listings, pricing, stock availability, order fulfilment, and customer service coordination.
