E-Commerce Key Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow strategic relationships with key online marketplaces (e.g., Lazada, Shopee).
• Own commercial negotiations, joint business planning (JBP), and performance tracking with marketplace partners.
• Drive sales growth through assortment optimisation, promotional planning, and visibility strategies.
• Collaborate with external e‑commerce enablers to support platform execution, analytics, and operational delivery.
