E-Commerce Growth Manager

Overview

Premier Housewares is looking for a dynamic and results-driven E-Commerce Growth Lead / Manager to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Translate weekly growth priorities into execution tasks for each department resource.
• Own the e-commerce performance tracker, weekly action tracker, blockers list, and decision log.
• Coordinate between operations, marketing, creative, CRM, website, SEO, and management.
• Ensure product, campaign, website, stock, pricing, and reporting inputs are aligned before campaigns go live.
• Review daily Shopify sales, orders, conversion, AOV, returning customer rate, and revenue by channel.
• Escalate access issues, approval delays, stock problems, website bugs, tracking gaps, and resource performance issues.
• Prepare the weekly management update with key wins, losses, blockers, next actions, and required decisions.
