Role Description
We're hiring an E-Commerce Fraud Analyst to review suspicious activity, investigate fraud patterns, and protect merchants and carriers from abuse. This role is focused on transactional fraud in e-commerce and shipping environments, including payments risk, account abuse, and fulfillment-related fraud. You'll work across tools like Stripe Radar, Sift, and internal fraud systems to evaluate risk signals and make clear, defensible decisions on account actions.
