Job Description

The E-commerce Experience Lead will own and evolve the user experience across our e-commerce platforms, ensuring journeys are intuitive, conversion-driven, and consistent across markets.


This role partners closely with CRO, Product, and Design System teams to identify, prioritize, and implement UX improvements that drive measurable business outcomes.


They will also lead and mentor a distributed team of designers, ensuring alignment, collaboration, and delivery excellence across multiple time zones and markets.



1. Experience Ownership


• Lead the end-to-end UX for e-commerce journeys (device, plan, checkout, payment, order summary).


• Translate business and product goals into intuitive, high-performing user flows.
