Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
The role reports to Social E-commerce Manager.
Your focus:
- Develop and implement KOL screening strategies tailored for Coty luxury beauty brands, ensuring alignment with brand positioning, target audience and business objectives.
- Leverage existing KOL network and industry resources to establish and maintain connections with suitable live streamers, drive cooperation negotiation and partnership execution.
- Manage and nurture strong relationships between Coty brands and KOLs, safeguard brand interests, cooperation terms and campaign benefits throughout collaboration.
- Organize regular workshops and communication sessions to exchange insights between brand side and KOL ecosystem, share market trends, platform updates and performance feedback.
- Ensure Coty brands stay adaptive and competitive in the live streaming ecosystem by tracking industry dynamics and optimizing cooperation models accordingly.
