Job Description
Position: E-Commerce / Marketplace Coordinator
Salary: R8K – R10K CTC per month (before deductions). A pension fund contribution will be deducted from this salary.
Area: Woodstock, CPT (will only consider candidates already settled in CPT)
Type of position: Permanent and based in office.
Our client is recruiting for an E-commerce / Marketplace Coordinator to join their E-commerce team, reporting to E-Commerce Key Account Manager.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role focused on marketplace administration, customer query handling, order and dispatch tracking, listing maintenance, and coordination across online platforms.

- Handling inbound customer calls and follow-ups relating to orders, deliveries, rebookings, and escalations
