Dynamic Hotel Sales & Proposals Coordinator

Marco Polo Hongkong Hotel is seeking a capable administrative assistant to support the sales and marketing team. You will prepare reports and proposals, handle correspondence, and follow up on guests’ and colleagues’ requests in a timely manner.

You will conduct market research on competitors and assist in market analysis, maintaining systematic records to support business decisions. Strong English and Chinese, plus MS Office skills, are essential.
