Job Description
The Duty Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our booth at NAIA, ensuring smooth daily operations, excellent customer service, and strong team performance.
This role takes full ownership of the lounge, overseeing staff, operations, and service delivery to meet company standards and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations Management: Oversee end-to-end lounge operations, ensuring efficiency, cleanliness, and compliance with company and airport standards
- Team Leadership: Supervise, schedule, and develop staff to maintain high performance and accountability
- Customer Experience: Ensure a premium and seamless experience for passengers; handle concerns and escalations effectively
- Performance Monitoring: Track daily operations, prepare reports, and ensure targets and service standards are consistently met
