Duty Manager: Lead Busy Hospitality & Events

NZ Venue Co LTD is seeking a dynamic venue leader to join the Bealey Quarter Christchurch team, overseeing front-of-house operations across restaurant, sports bar and private function spaces including on-site accommodation.

You will lead shifts, mentor staff, manage openings/closings, handle cash and security, and coordinate private events from setup to completion during high-volume periods and major events.
