Duty Manager Shipley FWC | Fitness & Wellbeing Club | Permanent | Part time
Salary £28,039.77 pro rata per annum, 24 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the smooth running of our club, including opening and closing the club during your shift.
- Prioritise Member Satisfaction, engage with members, fostering happiness and building strong relationships.
- Lead by example, support and guide colleagues while upholding the highest quality standards.
- Conduct tours for prospective members, highlighting the unique benefits that only Nuffield Health provides.
- Oversee health and safety protocols, addressing any issues swiftly and effectively.
- Help achieve sales targets.
- Be able to swim to a high standard and be willing to undergo training at site to cover Lifeguard breaks.
