EVT’s Sherwood Queenstown seeks a Duty Manager to lead the Front Office, resolve guest requests, and maintain the hotel’s high service standards on a hillside retreat with stunning Lake Wakatipu views.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations, manage VIP arrivals, and guide the team through crises while delivering Daymaker hospitality across evenings, weekends, and holidays.
