Job Description
- Ensure the efficient, economical and sound operation of equipment i.e. Boiler, Chiller, Emergency Generators, Fire Pumps, Kitchen, Refrigeration, HVAC/Laundry and the auxiliaries of these, etc.
- Ensure immediate provision of services necessary to guests and other operating departments.
- Ensure coordination with other operating departments in the implementation of repair and maintenance schedule.
- Responsible for engineering and maintenance operations of the hotel, hotel property, restaurant and grounds.
- Respond to engineering and maintenance concerns.
- Perform and/or monitors maintenance and preventive maintenance projects.
- Respond to all building related safety concerns.
- Maintain departmental compliance with hotel maintenance procedures.
- Support hotel departmental maintenance programs and executes daily, weekly and monthly checklist.
