Job Requirements

• Mandatory possession of a valid UAE Light Motor Vehicle driving licence; manual transmission endorsement is highly preferred by fleet managers.
• Strict requirement to pass all Dubai Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) geography, psychological, and medical tests to secure an active Taxi Driving Permit.
• Candidates must demonstrate extreme physical endurance, capable of executing safe, continuous 12‑hour driving shifts in heavy UAE traffic conditions.

Responsibilities

• Navigate aggressively but safely through Dubai's complex road networks, utilizing the Hala (Careem) digital dispatch system and street pickups to hit strict daily revenue targets.
• Maintain absolute cleanliness of the assigned franchise vehicle, conducting pre‑shift inspections to report any mechanical issues or body damage to the Al Quoz workshop.
