Dubai HR & Recruitment Lead — Hospitality Hiring

DEAL Holdings is seeking an HR & Recruitment Specialist based in Dubai. You will own high‑volume, end‑to‑end recruitment across the group, spanning The Food & Beverage Group and other brands, coordinating with PMO, Operations, and PRO teams to ensure compliant hiring and lifecycle management.

The role requires volume hiring experience, ideally from a recruitment agency, and strong UAE labour law and visa knowledge.
