Dubai Fit-Out Senior Quantity Surveyor: Pre & Post-Contract

Jak Consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage both pre-contract and post-contract commercial functions for high-end interior fit-out projects in Dubai. The role requires strong expertise in cost management, procurement, contract administration, and financial control throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have 8–12 years of relevant experience, particularly in the UAE market, and proficiency in costing software. A Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field is required.
