Dubai Corporate Associate (NQ-2 PQE) – Cross-Border

Charles Russell Speechlys in Dubai seeks an Associate to join the international Corporate practice based in the Dubai office. You will support a diverse, international client base on high‑value corporate and cross‑border transactions within the MENA region.

The role involves advising on corporate governance, structuring, M&A, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships, working with colleagues across the Firm’s international offices and external counsel as needed.
