Dubai-Based Senior Legal Counsel: OHADA & West Africa M&A

Hydrogen Group is partnering with a major multinational to appoint a Senior Legal Counsel for the West Africa region. Based in Dubai, the role will strengthen the organisation’s legal capability, enhance regional governance, and support cross-border initiatives.

You will advise on contracts and corporate matters, lead risk assessments, and engage with senior management across Dubai and other offices; OHADA compliance and Francophone market experience are essential.
