Dubai Banking & Finance Associate – Restructuring

Aventus Global Talent is seeking a Banking Associate Solicitor to join the Dubai office of an international law firm. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside esteemed partners on diverse banking and finance matters throughout the UAE.

The ideal candidate will be an English/Common Law qualified solicitor with 4-6 years of PQE and a strong foundation in transactional banking. The role involves advising on both conventional and Sharia-compliant financing while contributing to restructuring efforts.
