Dual Enrollment Advisor

MAJOR FUNCTION

: The Dual Enrollment Advisor is housed within the Enrollment Services Division and will report to the Dual Enrollment Coordinator. The Dual Enrollment Advisor is responsible for independent and specialized work in the academic recruitment, advisement, registration, orientation and related functions for the dual enrollment student population.

Primary duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Recruits dual enrollment students. Maintains dual enrollments website.

• As it relates to dual enrollment:  Coordinates registration with high school guidance counselors; registering dual enrollments students; advising dual enrollment students, assisting dual enrollment students with educational and career planning; discussing academic progress and program study with dual enrollment students; developing individual learning plans with dual enrollment student...
