Job Description
Summary This position is part of the Interior Business Center (IBC), Human Resources Directorate (HRD), IBC Human Resources Directorate. The incumbent will be responsible for providing drug and alcohol testing activities for an assigned organizational client base. Responsibilities Accomplishes all types (random, pre-employment, etc.) of testing; including scheduling, ordering, tracking, supervisor notification, and appropriate follow-up until test results have posted. Coordinates and arranges with field offices to notify employee(s) of selection for testing and arranging collection of specimens. Performs office administrative work including copying, filing, faxing, using computer software, and other automated systems to create and manage documents and files, create briefing charts, spreadsheets and slides; applying knowledge of spelling, grammar, punctuation, format, etc., to prepare reports, letters, memoranda, and/or review correspondence and documents prepared by others.
