Drug Program Specialist

Summary This position is part of the Interior Business Center (IBC), Human Resources Directorate, IBC Human Resources Directorate. The incumbent will be responsible for providing drug and alcohol testing activities for an assigned organizational client base. Responsibilities Coordinating and facilitating drug and alcohol testing procedures according to Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, to include coordination with field offices regarding arranging collection sites, schedules, and other drug testing activities. Collecting alcohol and drug specimens, completing appropriate documentation and federal chain of custody requirements. Performing task analysis, flow charting work processes, and graphing and calculating statistical measures to compile monthly metrics and data to support the management of the drug and alcohol testing program.
