Drug Program Specialist

Summary This position is part of the Interior Business Center (IBC), Human Resources Directorate (HRD), IBC Human Resources Directorate. The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating all pre-employment, random, reasonable suspicion/cause, post-accident, return to duty, and follow-up drug and alcohol testing. Responsibilities Executes the full range of drug and alcohol testing operations, including coordinating testing requests, administering all collection types, ensuring regulatory compliance, and resolving complex or sensitive collection issues. Serves as a senior technical specialist, providing guidance, mentoring, training, and day-to-day support to lower-graded specialists to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of testing processes.
